XPS 13 9380 wifi issue

I've been experiencing wifi problems with my xps 9380, especially with my home network.
the wifi keep disconnecting while being conncted to external monitor via type C/HDMI adapter.
sometimes even without using the monitor, my wifi simply dies, and I cant connect to my home network (sometimes I can get to a different network, but not my own home wifi).
any ideas to fix this?
