XPS 13 non touch
I am really disappointed by the quality that DELL provides to the customers. I bought my XPS 13 in January 2018 and spent almost $1700 on it. It has stopped working within 1.5 years of light use. I am unable to switch it ON. The warranty expires and I feel helpless.
Prior to DELL, I have used HP for 7 years without any issue. Dell you have definitely lost a customer.
