XPS 13 won't turn on
Hello, I have an XPS 13 9380, bought 6 months ago.
yesterday my laptop was on sleep mode, when I tried to turn it on, it didn't start up.
there was no response from the laptop at all even though the battery was full.
after trying a few times for 3 hours, it came back to life, this is the 2nd time this happens to me.
anyone knows how to fix this?

Turn the computer off,disconnect the power from the computer and hold the power button down for 30 seconds to 1 minute to see if that will resolve the issue.

My XPS13 , 6 months old is not turning on . I tried switching on removing the power plug ,holding power button from one minute several time , it is not turning on.

My XPS13 9380 suddenly did not turn on. Holding the power button for 1 minute did not help. Disconnecting the battery and BIOS battery did not help. Obviously, the Mainboard is broken.
I purchased the XPS13 from Dell in May 2019 - out of warranty period.
Dell, is there anything you could do for me? It would be a shame to throw this really good laptop away after 2 years of use.

hello Adham, why does this happen? I was charging mine when I opened up the Laptop and the screen was blank, keyboard was lit but I couldn't turn it on and is there a solution to turn this feature off? thanks

Super annoying that it won't just start - happens often -- but at least this worked.
