XPS 15 7590 bios version 1.9.1 brings high CPU load and black screens

Hi,

I recently update my XPS 15 7590 to bios version 1.9.1.

I already use it for a week and I experienced two hang ups with a black screen.

Besides that CPU fans working very loud after the update. I was trying to check Task Manager if there some process that loads the laptop but it didn't show any heavy task. The only strange things that I can observer is that Task Manager shows high load on System Interrupts for a second or two at Task Manager startup. After that it shows that nothing loads the laptop.

How to downgrade the bios?

I think I have found the root cause of high fan speed. SupportAssist has changed power plan from "Balanced" to "Cool". That caused elevated temperatures and unexpected battery drain. I installed 1.9.1 back again and it seems that everything works fine

But it doesn't explain why I saw several hangs up with black screen. I guess I will continue to use the 1.9.1 and if I see a hang up again, I will contact separately.

Thanks for your help.
