XPS 15 9500, 3 year premium support, service tag not working?
I have bought a new Dell XPS 15 9500 with a 3 year premium warranty. The service tag of my laptop was not recognized and not working. Due to this, I'm unable to contact Dell Technical Support.

This service tag number issue was fixed by the DELL-Cares agent via Private Messages.
