XPS 15 9500, won't proceed past the Dell logo on startup
Hi,
I have read through a few posts and tried to run diagnostics but nothing works. The 3 month old laptop won't pass the Dell logo. There is no loading dots, nothing. It is getting quite hot also. I really need my laptop for both work and a college course. Does anyone know how I can get the laptop to turn on, I have assignments due and need to get access to my files.

Disconnect all USB devices from the laptop leaving only the external power connected. Attempt to power on. What happens?
