XPS 15 9510 / Bluetooth Range Problem
The audio playback on my Sony WH-1000XM3 starts to stutter at 5 meters from the laptop. There are no disturbing objects in between.
All drivers are up to date (also checked by the support staff). The employee says that this is normal with the built-in network card. I can not imagine that.
(Fun fact: On my old XPS 15 9560 (with the same headphones) I could still listen to music in the basement, with a reinforced concrete ceiling in between).
Does anyone have the same problem and/or maybe an idea how to solve the problem?

My idea was that an eventual solution would be available to all community members. Is that the case with private conversations?

Is there a way to extend Bluetooth range to 20 meters like it has been for all my other laptops?
