XPS 15 9550 SSD Upgrade
Hi, can anyone tell me how I find out if a SSD is going to be compatible with my laptop please? I’m trying to increase the memory to a gig with something fast and under £100.have seen a WD Black SN770 Gen4 M.2 which seems fast I just can’t work out if it will work.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks, is that a limitation of the laptop for it to run at x3 or x4?

Any M.2 2280 drive will work. PCie X4 drives like the one you've noted will work, but at PCIe X3 speed.
