XPS 15 9560, missing keystrokes
Since the latest bios upgrade to 1.12.1 my 9560 keyboard is missing keystrokes. There have been updates for the 9570. Is there one coming for the 9560?
The cmputer has becoepetty mchunusabl sine this started happing.

I do see your point and unfortunately it appears to be a widespread BIOS problem as the following link can attest to. It looks like the 95xx series has been affected.

It's interesting that the latest bios upgrade offered by Dell for the 9560 is Version 1.5.0, (12 Oct 2017) but I have BIOS 1.12.1, 2018-10-02 installed. Is there a way to return to an older Bios?
