XPS 15 9560, super slow, not charging, all editing software Crashing

My Dell XPS 15 9560 (i7, 32GB ram, 1TB SSD), (out of warranty 6/10/19) is all of a sudden running very slow on Adobe Editing Software. After a Adobe technician spent 3 Hours trying to fix all possible problems, the issue is still not resolved. So needs to be my system. All drivers and Bios up to date. Any help would be appreciated as Technical Support is not doing anything for me as I am not in the USA. Charger also not picking up and not charging.
