XPS 15 9570 Continue Restarting on Splash Screen

After a BIOS update, my system went through the Dell repair (some partition table issue, which it apparently resolved by itself...) but now the system doesn't boot Windows anymore and keeps restarting on Dell splash screen, comes off, restart... forever.

I've tried hitting F12 with no success (I don't even see any invite to F2 or F12).

What do you recommend?
