XPS 15 9570 WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hi,

I have my Dell XPS 15 9570 a little bit more than a year and I'm experiencing BSOD every hour with error code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. All Dell diagnostics pass. I've tried debugging the error by:

- Resetting windows
- updating all the necessary drivers
- executing the software repairs in Dell BIOS support assist.

This person seems to be having the same problem. I'll try disabling the intel UHD driver 630 and see if that fixes it, but it shouldn't be a solution for the BSODs. I need my Dell XPS every day for school, so this is very frustrating to work with. Currently I've disabled the intel UHD 630 drivers and since then I've not encountered any BSOD. I think it's too early to say that this is the cause of the windows crashes. I'll keep you updated when a BSOD appears.

I'd recommend you to use the SupportAssist app to look for any pending drivers and update them. The system had the Dell warranty for one year from the invoice date which expired on 9/27/2019 after which the system falls under basic stat rights for the next one year to 9/27/2020.
