XPS 15 9570 - Windows has stopped this device (code 43)

My Bluetooth has just stopped working. It has done it before sporadically, but now it is permanently off, and there is no on / off toggle switch in Settings / Devices either.

I've tried rebooting and hitting F2 during a reboot, and disabling and then re-enabling the Bluetooth but no joy. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and then I tried installing the original Killer driver. Still no joy. In Device Manager under General it has the following message "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". I've run scannow as an Administrator, and ran the Dell support software from the website which shows no errors.

 

Anything else? The laptop is just over a month old so I am really disappointed to have this issue!
