XPS 15 9570 i9 sleep mode overheat
Running Windows 10 on XPS 15 9570. Every time the laptop goes to sleep it drains battery and overheats. When I first encountered this the laptop was so hot that I could barely touch it. The only option was to disable Sleep and go with Hibernate, however, Windows reactivates Sleep with updates.
I believe the laptop battery can even catch fire from the overheating but at least the battery life will deteriorate for sure. How I can fix sleep on this laptop?
