XPS 15 9570, boot black screen
My XPS 15 9570 was working completely fine last night. I shut the laptop down and went to sleep. When I went to turn it on this morning, I was greeted with a black screen. The backlight is on, but the screen is black and doesn’t change. The purchased 1 year warranty expired on November 21, 2019.

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery. Hold the power button for 30 sec.
Remove and reinstall the memory module(s).
Try powering up on AC only -- if it will, but not with the battery connected, the battery is bad.
If it will power up but the screen is still black, hold the D key through powerup - does the screen test run?
Are there any LED flashes (amber/white and how many of each)?
What model (9530,9550,9560, etc.).?
