XPS 15 in Constant Restart

This morning my XPS 15 was working just fine.  I left for a couple of hours and when I returned, it would not connect to WiFi and when I checked, it didn't recognize any WiFi, even though there are currently two WiFi options available.  All other machines are fine.

I rebooted the machine and it has been churning on "Restarting..." for over a an hour.  My warranty ended this past July (aaach!).

Any recommendations?  When I called Dell service, they quoted me several options that hovered around $200-$300 for adding warranty.  But the guy did say that using my Windows Recovery Drive wouldn't help.

I finally got it to boot up.  I think that I may have never actually turned it off.  I finally just held the button down a very long time and left it off for a while.  Then when I tried restarting, it came right up and all was well.  I still can't explain why it was just stuck in "restart...".
