By default the Intel colour gamut is set to the highest setting which is jarring / hazing. Try turning it down in the Intel Graphics Control Centre or the Command Centre, depending on what version you're running.
As per the sub Reddit "Right click in the desktop select Intel Graphic settings - click on display - color settings - and down full the color gamut to Natural colors."
Or search for Intel Control or Command Centre in your taskbar.

This is on Dell XPS 7590, 4K UHD display (NON-OLED). Colour profile is "Photo" in dell premier colour.
