XPS 7590 not compatible with Crucial Ballistix RAM

I followed this thread to buy Crucial Ballistix 2x16GB 2666 CL16 RAM.

Solved: XPS 15 7590, RAM upgrade compatibility - Dell Community

The model is BL2K8G26C16S4B. However, 7590 won't boot with 3 white 2 orange flashing. The RAM works fine with XPS 9560 with 7300H CPU.

I put one stick working 8GB RAM and the 16GB Crucial Ballistix RAM, it will boot and shows 24GB RAM. It just won't boot with a single or dual stick of Ballistix RAM.

I tried 1.5, 1.8.1 and latest BIOS. All same. Now I have to install orginal 2x8GB RAM and my daughter to use 2x16GB RAM on her XPS 9560. Is there anyway to get it work on 7590?

Same problem here as I purchased the exact same 16GB RAM sticks from Crucial.

Looking forward to get a solution to get them to work with my XPS 15 7590.

I've bought also the Crucial Ballistix 2x16Gb, 2666 Mhz, DDR 4, Ref. BL2K16G26C16S4B and also doesn't work. I'm very disappointed with this because in the Crucial website and through their app they said that these memories were compatible... and they aren't.
