XPS 9310 - Bluetooth lag with Logitech MX Keys + MX Master 3
My XPS 13 9310 has Bluetooth issues just like my previous XPS 9360
I just received the laptop and updated all drivers, bios and Windows - Everything is up to date.
Connect my keyboard and mouse and off we go. Awesome laptop - If you don't mind your mouse getting stuck for 2-3 seconds. Or typing a few characters behind.
In the beginning with my 9360 I had a similar problem - Though I remember only turning off some mouse settings and that solved it. Now - can't figure out why out of the box a $2K laptop cannot perform as it should.

Using max/high screen brightness + illuminated keyboard.
Give it a try for yourself and see. The worst case is you will need your adapter sooner than later or won't even miss it. Depends on your use case. You can always flip them back on if you think you really need them.

Dell support has now told me for the second time that they do not provide 100% compatibility between Dell devices and non Dell devices. I was told to use a Dell mouse...

New Intel BT and wifi drivers released yesterday.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30112/Windows-10-Wi-Fi-Drivers-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters
They seem to work the same as the ones I already had, which is to say, pretty good..
Its odd that Killer is so far behind on their own drivers.

GOOD NEWS.
The proposed update seems functional.
And, also, I have reactived all the Power Management related to Bluetooth & USB !

We have tried the latest Intel WiFi and BT drivers referenced here on 2 different XPS 13 9310's with 2 different bluetooth mice (MX Master 2 and MX Master 3). Unfortunately it did not solve the problem with either setup. We have the same issue as before -- the mouse lags for 1 second or so every so often (3-4 times an hour at least).

Some feedback
It's better but not perfect.
Sometimes / Randomly the mouse lag for 1/2sec and work again.

Yes, I think so.
BIOS: 1.2.5
Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650s: 22.20.0.6
Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R): 22.20.0.3

After uninstalling my current drivers and installation of these two, the versions in the device manager are now:
Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650s: 22.10.0.7
Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R): 22.10.0.2
The problem still exists...

Disabling the following in the BIOS worked for me as well.
- Power: Intel Speed Shift Technology
- Performance: Enable C-State Control
- Performance: Intel SpeedStep Technology
Not sure what the power consumption ramifications are yet though.
This problem needs a dedicated solution. Should not have to turn off items in the bios to have a mouse work properly.
