XPS 13 9370, BIOS 1.9.0, removed ability to enter BIOS using F2

I just updated my 9370 to BIOS 1.9.0, which is the current version. After updating, I tried to enter the BIOS the usual way by pressing F2 during the boot sequence, but was unable to do so. I noticed that the brief statement about pressing F2 as the computer booted, was no longer present. After searching on Dell's site, I found a way to boot into the BIOS from within Windows. Here's a link to Dell's instructions and my summary of the steps with Windows 10:

Accessing BIOS from within Windows

1. Settings.

2. Update and Security.

3. Recovery.

4. Under Advanced Startup, click on Restart Now.

5. Troubleshoot.

6. Advanced Options.

7. UEFI Firmware Settings.

8. Restart.

The 9370 should now boot into the BIOS.

I've confirmed you can access the BIOS settings by hitting F12 at the beginning of the boot sequence. It will give you other options, as well. It's a mystery why Dell decided to take away the use of F2 and the related prompt to go directly to the BIOS.
