XPS-9570 Motherboard eletric noise when plugged and constant freezing

Hi,

My XPS 9570 was freezing for 2 seconds and everytime it froze, a high pitched noise come out from the motherboard. Always happened when plugged on the wall.

Called Dell, and two days later, they replace the motherboard. Nice.

Now, it's happening again! Continues freezing for 2 seconds and the motherboard still have some noise when plugged.

Is anyone facing this problem and have a solution?

This notebook was suposed to be a premium one... I do regret not buying a Mac.
