XPS 9570 freezes for pop ups

Hello,

I received my XPS 15 9570 just over a week ago, and it has always had this reoccurring issue regarding pop-ups. Whether they're in browser or not, every time there is a pop-up on my screen, my laptop will severely lag from anywhere between three and five seconds. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thank you.
