XPS 9575 2 in 1 with pen PN350M
Hi
i have a xps 9575 and just bought a pen (PN350M ) that say it's compatible with my laptop, but the pen dont do anything ( not able to draw or write )
is the pen is really compatible ( https://www.dell.com/en-ca/work/shop/dell-active-pen-pn350m/apd/750-abkq/handhelds-tablet-pcs#compatibility_section ) or maybe i miss a configuration step ( the quick start are really simple i know but maybe there is a hidden trick )

Please contact the merchant who bought it to inquire whether it is compatible, it is best to buy the original one to avoid unnecessary trouble.

this is a original branded active pen from dell, i will check with my reseller anyway.
I was just asking if anybody had experienced this kind of issue.
