XPS 9575 Wave MaxxAudio Headphone Issue

Hello, I'm running Windows 10 1909 with latest drivers according to dell support assist. I have the most recent graphics and audio drivers just released this week. Since the updates, I get a driver out of date, check windows update error from wave audio. I can't use headphones because the pop up opens and closes before I can select headphones. This is ridiculously annoying. Please help.

I should note that I do have audio. It's just wave maxxaudio that won't work due to the out of date error and subsequently I can't use / select headphones, only the speakers.
