Hello all, I searched the net but not sure what's going on with this. Can anyone tell me if this gaming laptop comes with bluetooth capability and if yes, how do I activate it please?

Welcome to the Dell Community @mikehende
You can check to see if the Bluetooth card is installed.
XPS M1730 Service Manual:

Looks like you need to remove the battery.
Remove/Replace starts on page 13

Yes it does
