XPS13 9350 Cannot Load into Window 10 after Resetting

Hi All. I have tried a couple of solutions that is being mentioned in the forum and also youtube videos but the problem still persist freezing in blank screen after dell logo and keyboard led turn off led and stay there forever. Hopefully some kind soul have encounter this and solved this problem.

Things that i have tried

1) resetting a fresh new Window with the latest SupportAssist Os (actually tried twice) after loading into window it just turn off and goes back into the same problem of freezing in blank screen after Dell Logo.

2) tried Repair option in SupportAssist OS but still freeze in blank screen

hardware diagnostic passed

not sure is if bios issue.

Hope to hear if there is any suggestion.
