Xps 13 9380 dyfunctional
Laptop is not booting to windows. I bought it last October 2019. In January 2020 I brought it to the service center where they had to replace the hard drive/memory. Then today the computer is not booting up. I tried to reset but it's not solving the issue. It says automatic repair couldn't repair your PC. It's frustrating how an expensive laptop like this can be useless in a span of 6 months. when it comes with broken parts and/or problematic software?

Please run Dell Preboot Diagnostic to check Hard drive and the other Hardware within the computer by following steps below:
1. Power off system
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot menu in top right corner of screen. In Dell Preboot menu, select Diagnostic. After quick tests, select Hard drive, and then Thorough Test Mode. Report back any error code.
