Xps 15 9560 boot loop

Just got the xps 15 9560 second hand and after a day of use it went into a boot loop. The owner said he had it for a while without any problems and I decided to run a memory test and I got this(See pic) It also says that the ssd has no bootloader(See pic). Btw it went into a boot loop after I updated the pc through the dell support assist and tried restarting. One of the updates were critical along with 6 others. Would these have anything to do with the infinite boot loop and if so, any fixes? Specs are i7 7th gen, 32gb ddr4 ram, 1tb nvme ssd, gtx 1650 4gb. Thanks.                             Pic: https://imgur.com/a/UOD1Fkh
