Xps 15 9560 boot loop

Just got the xps 15 9560 second hand and after a day of use it went into a boot loop. The owner said he had it for a while without any problems and I decided to run a memory test and I got this(See pic) It also says that the ssd has no bootloader(See pic). Btw it went into a boot loop after I updated the pc through the dell support assist and tried restarting. One of the updates were critical along with 6 others. Would these have anything to do with the infinite boot loop and if so, any fixes? Specs are i7 7th gen, 32gb ddr4 ram, 1tb nvme ssd, gtx 1650 4gb.
