XPS 9550 BIOS 1.13.1 brought keyboard issues

I'm own xps 9550. After bios update to 1.13.1 i have weird keyboard issues. Some key combinations (shift+`, Ctrl+z, Ctrl+v) stops working accidentially for some period of time. Shift, Ctrl, z, v and ` itself works fine, but pressed modifier (Shift, Ctrl) makes pressing letter keys (z, v, `) invisible.

I have dual boot (linux, windows). The issue concerns both.

Downgrade to 1.10.0 finishes partialy (only some components updates successfuly) and doesn't resolve the issue.

I've made a reserch and figured out, that the problem is with my Tilda and Control_L buttons.

When the button is pressed instead of one event "Key press" it generates a lot of "Key press", "Key release" pairs.

Who can be responsible for such behavior - keyboard controller, bios, processor?

I have the same problem

my keyboard works fine for few hours, and then the keyboard starts to malfunction and behave weird.

It starts to be slow and some keys don’t work at all, nor combinations of keys (winkey+R).

need help with that,

tried to reset windows, run all tests of dell and everything seems to be fine.
