Please update the following drivers 1) Intel Thunderbolt Controller driver 2) Intel Thunderbolt 3 Firmware update 3) Intel Chipset Device software driver 4) BIOS update (even if you have the latest version)

What is the error message when installing the driver?
Were you able to install other drivers?
Do you see any error message in device manager?
You can skip the Controller driver for now & install the other drivers & BIOS.
Please share the service tag, registered name & email address on a private message.
