searching for new laptop for video editing

Hello,

At this moment i have an inspiron 15 5000 laptop from 2017. I use this for editing videofiles (gopro). But i have the impression that this laptop isnt good enough to edit these files. 

So i am looking for a new laptop for editing 4k files, i would like to have a 15inch screen, a big hard disk (ssd in combination with hdd is also fine), i don't know if it is necessairy to have a 4k screen to editing 4k files because i use the laptop just for editing, not for watching movies).

Do you have recommendations because there are a lot of different laptops and i don't know which one i need.
