speakers are not working but headphones are
Hi,
I have dell xps 15 9350, Windows 7.
A few weeks ago speakers on my laptop stoped working but when i pluged my headphone i can hear the sound.
I've done f12 diagnostic test and i can;t hear any beep. i've also re-seated cable and repleced speakers and reinstalled operating system. it didn't help.
What can i do in this situation?

Did you check the Sound Settings? Right click on the Volume icon on the lower right to check. Make sure the settings are correct and nothing is muted. Unplug the headphones to test. When headphones are plugged in it mutes the speaker.
Your laptop is 7 yrs old now and it might be time to buy a replacement with windows 10. Windows 7 is not safe to use on the internet.

Check your Speakers first, if the speakers are perfect than update your drivers.
