xps 13 9310 ubuntu BLuetooth headphones microphone doesnt work

Bluetooth's headphones connect, but with no microphone. Also, the internal microphone doesn't work, and I'm waiting to the technician next week to change a new internal microphone. I'm not sure if it is related, but now I see there is no microphone connection from the headset.

My OS is Ubuntu 20.04 on XPS 13 9310

Any advice, please?
