xps 15 7590 audio glitches after update

Hi, After some dell updates yesterday, my audio has been glitching badly. Audiocard is Universal Audio Apollo twin.

Sometime the sound is fine then it will glitch out, i have to restart soundcard, sometimes this works, sometimes not.

Other times opening on of the device dropdown menus in device manager solves the problem. For a few minutes. I know that sounds strange but it is the case.
