How to setup SNMP Polling to the XtremIO
Good morning, this is my first post. I have setup the Event Handlers and SNMP section, but Orion just can't pick it up. What am I missing?

Welcome to the XtremIO community!
Are you getting any SNMP alerts being generated? In other words, are you getting any email responses when there is an event on the XtremIO array? You can do the settings such that you get a email notification for ‘All alerts’ on the array (not recommended for production environments because of the amount of informational messages you will get).

I am not. I just setup an Event Log for all Events too.
I took a peek at the XMS server and could see replies to Ping requests to the SNMP recipients.

You would need to configure an event handler to do that.
GUI-> Alerts & Events -> Events -> Event Handlers (button top right)
There’s an option to send an email notification per event type to an email recipient list configured in Administration tab.
If you are still not able to make it work, it would be best to reach out to Support.

That's what I tried earlier. I set it up to send me all of the alert types. I will reach out to Support, thanks.
