Area-51 R5, fan issue

Every time I boot up my pc, the fan will go to 100% for about 2 seconds and back to normal, does anyone have the solution to this issue? And aslo I'm using the OC in the alienware commend center, every time I start up the computer it will show that my system is shut down accidentally and OC have be disable.

    1. I would not worry then.

    2. In BIOS, disable all Over-Clocking. Your CPU, RAM, and GPU are very fast normally (at stock clocks).

    See how that runs. See if that is more stable.
