After having many problems with my R10, i ordered a R13 with much higher specs and it's running perfectly well, did a marathon gaming session the GPU and CPU remained stable at low temps, the stock fans weren't loud.

Dell did an amazing job not just with this PC but the overall customer support as soon as the high level customer care jumped in the old one was refunded and a extra discount voucher was provided, this PC was ordered and delivered within 5 days, even though the date of delivery was a month away.

People usually post negative experiences including me, so i think it's nice to share what a positive experience it's been with Dell and Alienware.
