Things to try:

1. Do a complete uninstall of AWCC using Revo Uninstaller

2 Reboot

3. Reinstall AWCC

4. Reboot

If that doesn't fix it, next steps are

1. Shutdown system and unplug it and all peripherals

2. Wait about five minutes (or longer if you have the time}...sometimes needs longer shutdown

3. Reconnect eveerything and restart

AWCC should be working OK.

What I've found over the years using AWCC is that sometimes peripherals get stuck in an uninitialized state and that interferes with AWCC installing, starting, and running correctly. A full power down, unplug, and wait before restarting seems to reinitialize the peripherals so that AWCC will start and run. Good luck!

Been there, done that. Nothing I have tried works. For some reason this program updates to the latest version even though I disabled Dell Assist update but the program updates anyway.
