I did a bios update on my Aurora R5 and it froze my computer when I came back my computer wasn't starting. It stays open for about 2 seconds before closing again. I have tried to reset my cmos with the help of the cmos jumper without success. The only way I can turn on my pc is when I switch the ROM recovery jumper from its original place, but there's no image. From there i don't know what to do.
We are sorry to hear that, it sounds like a problem with the motherboard. Send me your Service Tag in a PM, so we can check the available repair options.
