I have an AW3423DW. Firmware version reported by the Updater app is 8.200_6.20_0.3_1.21.
Nothing happens when I click "Connect Now". Also, the "Change Game Artwork" button doesn't work, and you can't update through app. The "Check for updates" button will find an update but it won't install it.
Another weird thing: if you try to use the PrtSc key on your keyboard to take a screenshot while the app is in focus, it blocks it from happening. You have to click off the app first, and then take a screenshot. God only knows what this thing is doing in the background.
I've reinstalled the app and the operating system, no change. This thing is virtually useless.

Same thing here, since last version "connect now" does nothing and i am stuck with this flashy blue light on the back on my computer i can not turn off.
* Uninstall AWCC 6.4.15.0 * Restart the PC when done * Go to the AW3423DW Drivers & Downloads page * Click, "Alienware Command Center 6.x - Full Installer" * Click, "Older versions"
So I did : According to the settings page in AWCC i now have 6.3.7.0 Official build <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>installed on my system. But the problem still occurs : the "connect now" button on the home page changes from blue to grey when hovered, but has no effect when clicked.
Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them. Explain the issues and let them troubleshoot.
@DELL-Chris M any solution to this I’m having the same issue. Connect now button does nothing. I’ve tried uninstalling with revo and reinstalling after reboot and nothing works.
same issue here. i have to go all the way back to version 5.9.2.0 for alienfx to work. i have tried many times to stop alienCC from updating to latest version, but somehow it finds a way. i have 20 something macros that i have to rebuild every few months. so frustrating.
