I am missing the left CTRL key on my Alienware AW510 Mechanical gaming keyboard. I have tried looking to see how I can source a replacement but have come up with nothing. I can't believe that there is not a way to get a new key? Can someone from Dell please advise on what I should do or who I need to contact please?

I am missing the left CTRL key on my Alienware AW510 white Mechanical gaming keyboard.  I have tried looking to see how I can source a replacement but have come up with nothing.  I can't believe that there is not a way to get a new key....can someone from Dell please advise on what i should do or who I need to contact please?  I did not think it would be this hard to source a spare key! 

Dell do not provide replacement keys, they provide a replacement keyboard if your under warranty and that is it, and provided you meet the criteria for it to be replaced.

You may get lucky on EBAY, but it is dependent on where you live from my understanding, and you would have to buy a full set of keys. Here in Australia nothing on Ebay, but the US site had some offers.

I like the AW510 keyboard a lot but it comes with one huge inherent fault. The Keys come off far to easily. I am sick of picking them off the floor after taking off my headset and putting it down, my F12 key in particular likes to do this.

yeah i checked ebay and nothing. (not for my keyboard but tons for every other make)  someone told me to come to the forums because they got a replacement key from dell after posting here.  Thanks anyway. 

There are two listings on ebay for replacement 510k keycaps. There's one in Dark Side of the Moon and one in white. Unfortunately, the left control key is not available in white, the black one is. If you have the black one, I can post the link. If you have the white one, looks like you're out of luck.

It was there last night and today when I went to play... gone.  I cant seem to find any spare keys on line and was wondering if anyone knew where i could source some?   I can't afford to buy a new keyboard as this was a gift the Christmas before last.  any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you.  sadly both out of stock.  i have sent a copy of my keyboard invoice now to dell.  see if they can help.
