Stuck on restarting

so i got a notifcation to do and update and also get some bios thing so i can oc my computer, but now ive been stuck on restarting for over 30 minutes. I NEED HELP

    What is the exact model of your system? And if you did a BIOS update do not power down the system. That could corrupt the BIOS.

    OC = overclocking , gee why do that? Dell does not support that. never heard they did,... (But intel does if you pay the insurance costs (higher priced CPU are that marked OC) what matters is will Dell support OC,.

    and burning BIOS, (flashing it) invites super easy way to brick any PC. (need a list of 20 ways to brick BIOS, ask)

    use the F12 key, update way (power on hammer F12, and do update bios. as seen on the screen.

    I do hope it has F12 update, some older PCs do not.

    I am not as big fan of BIOS updates unless there is a specific reason such as to fix an existing problem. And again OC is another of my not a fan of subjects. The only system I know of that Dell supports OC on is the Alienware systems. More information on that here. And only if you order the system as OC from the factory. You may have to restart the system and hope for the best.
