X51, error code 2000-0122

Hi guys, I just got my Alienware x51 some RAM problem. It worked fine in the afternoon but when I turned it on in afternoon it stuck on the Alienware logo screen and the keyboard is not working during that. And I restarted it and doing the diagnostic it give me the error code 2000-0122 says memory limit exceeded. However, I opened the boot and the boot information shows that my memory amount is still what it was and didn’t change. And now my computer is stacking at the logo screen even I tried reset the bios setting.

So does my motherboard damaged? Or it is related to something else...

Reseat all the memory modues (with the PC powered off) and see if that helps, assuming what you are saying you only have the original Dell installed memory.

If you added memory, do not mix memory brands.  Only use all the same memory.
