I would like to record here my experience with alienware 51m and show all my disappointment with this notebook,

buy Alienware area51m on 21/03/2019, received it on 10/04/2019, used it for exactly 10 days when it was on 20/04/2019, my laptop turned off and didn't turn on anymore, I contacted the DELL I learned it was from the problematic lot with the GPU, I sent it to dell support, I waited for
2 months to receive it again, now I had little problem where the support of the hands went dark looking dirty, but also a recurring problem. Dell sent me a technician and switched components.

Now another problem appears to me, my keyboard is not working, I've seen several reports of the same problem.

I will have to contact DELL again.

I spent $ 3500 on a notebook thinking it would be the best quality but unfortunately it did not happen, this area51m alienware was the worst investment I made, it is full of problems. I waste all my time just contacting dell to resolve these issues.

I don't recommend this to anyone.
