Most people fixed their issues by literally just reinstalling windows completely.
id add your personal files to a backup and then put them back on the laptop after the deletion process finishes and you can install windows again.
Also some other thing I’d recommend is making sure all your drivers are installed by using the supportassist app from dell.

Quick Tip: If your laptop has voltage / charging issues, try shutting it down, unplugging power from laptop, hold power button down for 30 seconds to do a full reset!
but if you don’t want that process then I’d take the other route of installing all your drivers and then trying to install windows on another drive to check if it still affects the other drive maybe?
like one drive is your primary and the other is the test drive with windows on it.

Hi @tanay_raut many Dell customers are having problems with AWCC v5.2.91.0 Compatible Systems. Your Alienware M17 R2 and our 17 R5 is included along with the Dell G series. Incorrect AWCC code is causing this AlienFX 2.0 fault, much to the annoyance of many Dell customers.
We are all waiting for @DELL-Cares to be proactive and update the Dell AWCC code so that it works for all Dell customers.

But since some newer and older devices compatible with AlienFX 2.0 are not displaying lights like @crimsom said, its a software or code related issue.
