The Dell laptop has Dell utilities installed on it (Driver Update, SupportAssist, etc.). All of them will sense that you have the Dell AW3225QF and will prompt for AWCC. Other users will need to reply with their opinions, but my guess is that you would have to uninstall every Dell utility to stop the AWCC prompting.
Sorry, I wasn't specific - not a laptop, but a monitor, the Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor – AW3225QF. It's connected to a new Dell Pro 16 Laptop.
