Have had an Alienware for around 2 years now (The 17 , and every single time I’ve had an issue it hadn’t ever been solved with conviction. Every technician, every visit to the service centre was a tedious process and happened so repeatedly that it was frustrating. Until recently I had given my laptop to the service centre (and every single time anything happens to my laptop I’ve gone to the official Dell centres and never had a third party involved to fix it, I bought the extended warranty too) and the problem I face is that they can’t even tell me what the problem is. The “suspect” the issue because they apparently don’t have any parts to swap with and check what the problem could be. And that made a lot of sense, thought I’d give you’ll a word but turns out “Alienware” has no contact that deals with the Alienware laptops. They’re clubbed with Dell, leaving dell unanswerable to me cause they don’t know much or anything about this laptop. I don’t know what you can do for me as an individual, but I’ve read way too many Alienware buyers rant away on threads and are not satisfied at all. Leading to a stigma around these laptops, and the company. Please do something about this because I wanted this laptop so bad once it was out. And once I got it, I felt underwhelmed.
