    Hi @Marcob19,

    (mostly when i use usb) Do you mean that this happens when you have USB devices connected to the system? If so, what devices?

    Does it happens without any USB connected?

    @Marcob19,

    Make sure the BIOS is up to date.

    Try a power drain:  Unplug every external device from the system (AC Adapter also), then open the bottom cover and disconnect the battery cable (you can use this video as a guide on how to disconnect the cable). Then, hold the power button for a minute to drain all the power out.

    If the issue continues after this, you'll have to uninstall and reinstall the Command Center following ALL the steps on this article.

    Let me know if you need further assistance.

    I did the instructions but the problem persist.

    But i notice that, in devices managment there is a driver that doesn't work propertly. I think it causes the problem.

    EDIT: i reinstall the driver but this not solve the problem. So now what can i do?

    I've found the problem.

    Together to the laptop i use the aw 768 keyboard, and is it that causes the problem.

    That because if i unplug all and then i replug it one by one, when i plug the keyboard the lights gone crazy.

    So how can i solve?

    Is the Alienware Control Center installed?

    It is not Command Center but Control Center. Install it and let me know how it goes!
