m17 R3, FX tab unavailable, HELP
So I just purchased this m17 R3 after selling my MacBook Pro. I was super excited to get into AW and of course one of the first things I wanted to do was customize it. Well to my dismay, there is no FX tab available in my AWCC? The tab is there but is unclickable? I have updated everything, uninstalled, and reinstalled AWCC at least 5 times at this point, and the tab still isn't available. Not sure what else to do. Any advice is welcome.

Yes, I believe so. However, it appears that the windows 11 update just became available today for the R3 (installing now) -- but that doesn't explain why the FX tab is unavailable, it should have worked with windows 10 as well, right?

When you bought it, had the previous user reset the operating system back to factory condition?
