MyAlienware app, update fails

my two systems, both got update notices for MyAlienware app. neither work Fusion goes into a loop of installs. only way to stop the loop is to close the app. which, of course, makes the app useless.

I was able to download the Fusion service application from the dell support page for my laptop. After installing it manually, it worked. Good luck

Hi @xmark welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.

Please provide Alienware Model and Revision Number, and Windows 10 or 11 version. Thanks.

Code of Conduct policy. DELL-Admin> I downloaded from Dell, it worked. The problem was from Microsoft App store. I still have not tried the same fix on my older system (R4).

Going to the DELL online page then installing manually worked for me too, Thanks.
Shame this has happened about 3 times in the past> Dell said last time they would fix this issue but clearly it still persists.
    Poor service DELL .
